A Child’s Hope now has 10 orphaned children living in our home in La Montaigne Haiti and is continuing to provide lunch and support the education of three hundred children at the nearby school.
To support our growth, A Child’s Hope has selected Carrie Alston to be our first Executive Director. Carrie has been on the Board of Directors for six years and brings international business experience and has a heart for the children. She will be instrumental in building the future of A Child’s Hope.
Because we have a responsibility to train the future leaders of Haiti and the U.S., we are introducing our first Youth Ambassador Program. Our Youth Ambassadors have a passion for serving others and have been touched by the children in Haiti. They will be responsible for various events and will participate in mission trips to Haiti. We can’t wait for you to meet them!
In closing, A Child’s Hope has a need for child and school sponsorships. Your financial support allows us to meet the needs of children at A Child’s Hope in Haiti and will enable us to bring in more children who desperately need the love and care we provide.
The mission of A Child’s Hope is to give lost and abandoned children in Haiti a home, a hope, and a future!
